The blades, crafted from high-quality Japanese stainless steel, glide smoothly through fabric with stable precision.

The depth and luster of the natural lacquer develop beautifully over time, giving each pair a unique, rich finish.
Comes with a gentle gold-and-silver mixed tassel, presented in a scissors case featuring a harmonious combination of sakura and purple hues.

These newly released sewing shears differ in size from those included in the Premium Sewing Tin Set Sakura, measuring a slightly larger overall length of 23cm.

Compared to our standard 21cm sewing shears, they feature longer blades that allow the cut to flow smoothly in a single motion.

With fewer cutting actions required, fabric cutting feels more efficient, rhythmic, and satisfying.

＜About the color of Lacquered Handles＞

The lacquer is a natural material, slight variations may occur depending on the season and conditions during application, giving each pair a unique character and allowing you to enjoy the distinctive look of each piece.

The color of lacquered handles is duller and darker than it should be when the lacquer has been applied for only a short period of time. That's because the lacquer has a distinctive yellowish tone at first.

As time passes, environmental conditions such as ultraviolet rays, temperature, and humidity change the color of the lacquer to a brighter tone and becomes more colorful. 

The time it takes for the color tone become brighter depends on the environment.

Handling Precautions 

• Please handle with care as the cutting edge is sharp.
• If the scissors get wet, wipe them off to prevent rust.
• If you forcibly cut a hard object, the blade will not mesh properly and it may damage the blade.
• Dropping or giving a shock may cause damage.
• Please store in the case after use.
• Since the case is made of genuine leather, it may expand and contract slightly. If it gets wet with water or sweat, it may cause discoloration stains.
• If you are concerned about grease or fingerprints, gently wipe it off with the included cleaner cloth.
• Avoid storing in hot, humid and direct sunlight as lacquer may discolor.
• Do not polish with a coarse cloth or abrasive as it may cause scratches.
• Lacquer may get irritated depending on your constitution. If you feel any abnormality, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of infants.
