Japanese Tradition in A New Way!
Beautiful Wood Grain Toolbox with Embroidery Hoop
Story
A very practical wooden toolbox inspired by the idea of combining a traditional Japanese container, Magewappa, with an embroidery hoop.
It is the perfect size for storing small tools, accessories, or sewing notions. Magewappa means "bentwood container," and these exquisite products made by MOCKATS are lovingly handcrafted with Chizu cedar in the traditional Akita style. The detachable embroidery hoop is made by Futaba Sangyo in Nara, whose products are beloved by professional embroidery artists and hobbyists alike. The hinoki cypress used for the frame gives off a distinctive, soothing fragrance. It has a smooth and gentle feel in the hand. When in use, it holds fabric firmly and will not damage the fabric.

It also comes with a removable divider for convenient organization.
Please note that this item is offered as a toolbox only, and the sewing tools and accessories shown in the photos are not included. Enjoy filling it with your favorite tools and accessories.

Magewappa | MOCKATS / Tottori
Inspired by the exceptional quality of Chizu cedar and a desire to share its beauty with a wider audience, the founder established his workshop to craft magewappa from this remarkable local wood. After learning traditional techniques from a mentor trained in Akita, the birthplace of magewappa, he continues to create each piece with great care while preserving this time-honored craft.

Handling Precautions
Intended Use
• This product cannot be used as tableware or for food storage.
Natural Wood Characteristics
• Because natural wood is used, each piece will vary slightly in color and wood grain.
• Due to the humidity-regulating properties of natural wood, it expands and contracts with changes in humidity. As a result, the embroidery frames may feel tighter or looser when being attached to or detached from the tool box.
Embroidery Frames
• Embroidery frames are attached to both the lid and the body of the tool box and can be removed for use.
• Avoid overtightening the screws on the embroidery frames, as this may cause damage.
Handling & Safety
• Replacement or repair services are not available if the embroidery thread on the lid becomes damaged or breaks.
• Remove any dirt or dust from the surface using a soft, dry cloth.
• Store in a well-ventilated, shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight and environments with high temperatures or humidity, as these conditions may cause discoloration, warping, or mold.
• Avoid dropping the product or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this may cause damage.
• Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
